What our clients say

We had a really good experience working with Crystal Clear. They repaired wood rot, painted the outside of our home and installed new gutters & soffits. The work was completed in a quality and timely manner. Our project manager, Troy, did a very good job of communicating & following up. He did what he said he was going to do & we were able to high establish a high level of trust and confidence in him. Troy was alway very professional, poised and personable. The owner, James, and his back office staff are good with follow up and they helped us firm up the scope & project details after several iterations. We will work with Crystal Clear again and we recommend them based on our experience.

The team did a great job on our exterior trim and screen door installation. They accommodated some change orders without hesitation and really gave good advice I could trust when I asked questions. Troy, Jon, Nick and crew were very professional and nice and really cared about the work they did. Thanks again guys.

Great work from James, Nick, and the crew. Existing sidewalk from driveway to porch was sinking, making the existing stair a 10+inch jump to get onto the porch. Team talked us through the process (and suggested longer 16" treads on the stairs to help with grandparent access which was brilliant). Demoed the existing area and identified that there was not gravel underneath; did several compacting runs, laid the gravel, and ended with a clean professional look. Also did a great job navigating existing plants and cleanup was excellent. Very, very happy with the work (and the great communication). (Note: Picture is immediately after completion and thus the color difference)

The crew has done an amazing job with our partial basement project. The workmanship is great, pleasant to work with, and communication is spot on. While it is becoming so difficult to work with home improvement professionals, Crystal clear team has proved to be an outlier. Would highly recommend them for any home construction project.

We are very pleased with the job Crystal Clear did with replacing our outside landing and stairs. From start to finish James and Heather were very responsive and kept in communication throughout the process. Our project was small in scope when compared to some of the decks they usually build. The crew was on time every day and were meticulous in their attention to detail. The landing and steps the builder constructed 5 years ago were poorly constructed and an eyesore so we needed to replace them. We now have a beautiful, safe, well built landing and stairs which will last a very long time. The proof is in the pictures. See the before and after.

Crystal Clear did an excellent job with our basement bar project. We couldn’t have been happier with the quality and communication from the team. They were able to offer advice while making sure we got the end product that we envisioned.

Our new bathroom looks beautiful! from tile to plumbing to electrical all were professional, hard working and respectful of being in our home. Informed us how things were going and contractor checked in on progress of job frequently. They refinished our wood floors as well and they look brand new.

Many thanks to the guys at Crystal Clear for doing an amazing job on my mom's condo. The floor tile looks great the rooms painted are bright and fresh looking. The guys were so nice and professional. I highly recommend Crystal Clear

Our deck turned out great! It’s a wonderful addition to our house! We appreciate your team getting it completed so quickly!

Great job !!!

We are delighted with our tub to walk in shower conversion that the crew at Crystal Clear Cleaning & Contracting completed for us. Professional staff with excellent communication skills who helped us achieve the look we wanted at an affordable price.

Excellent contractor. Fast start and bathroom was done in a few weeks. I’m still impressed with the end results.

Heather and her team were so flexible with scheduling and did an excellent job.

Contractors like James and the Crystal Clear team are hard to come by. I had a great experience when James initial came out to look at replacing a deck at my rental property. He explained to me what was going to be the safest and cost effective way of replacing a poorly built 2 story deck. Heather in the office was great with keeping in the loop with city permits and timeline on the project. Troy the crew lead gave me updated as needed and reached out with anything that arose

Best in town for good quality at fair price, right on time!!! I have researched a lot to find best deck builders at fair price especially an Ipe wood deck who are very few. I glad that I ended with Crystal Clear as my contractors to build my dream Ipe wood deck. Crystal clear has laid a solid structure and built them quickly and efficiently saving money and time wherever possible. I am happy with the final product and workmanship on building this deck!! There are few fixes recommended by the inspector, which Crystal clear team fixed it on time! James from Crystal clear is best person to work with. He has the contacts and knows to get the things done on time!!!

We love our new basement! It's exactly how we envisioned it! Thank you all so much! Troy and his crew were all friendly and very professional! We will recommend you all to everyone! Thank you all again!

We used Crystal Clear to finish our basement and paint other areas in our home. They did a wonderful job. The basement was beautifully done. They communicated daily and let us know what the next steps were. I highly recommend using this company.

I had this company install new flooring through out my home and from the professional presentation to the completion of the job, they knocked it out of the park with the material quality and their prompt and courteous service. I honestly couldn't be happier. If you appreciate being under-promised and receiving Over Delivery of the agreement then call them. You won't be disappointed because they refuse to let you be disappointed!!

Had my roof did and some work in my house. Did a great job. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Crystal Clear come out and replace our roof. The new roof looks great on the house. Troy and the team were easy to work with. They communicated any updates along the way. We will definitely call back next time we have a large project to complete.

Michael did an Excellent job installing my new cabinets and back splash. Outstanding workmanship! Thank you so much Micheal, I appreciate you! Tammy

New Gutters and Fixed some shingles on my Roof. Did a great Job!!

I had a Composite Deck built by them recently. James and the team did a wonderful job. Super happy with the deck and their service. James helped me from scratch to choose the right material, color, and style. I highly recommend them and I would definitely work with them again. You definitely won't go wrong with them.

We are so happy with both the product and service we just received from Crystal Clear Cleaning and Contracting. We had Troy and his team (Rob and Caleb) demolish our old deck and build a new, upgraded deck for us in the same spot. The deck itself is gorgeous. The attention to detail, the quality of the materials, and the finished product have exceeded our hopes. In just a little over a week, we feel like we've significantly upgraded the value and livability of our home. Just as important, the customer service we received from Troy, Rob, and Caleb was OUTSTANDING. They were so professional, friendly, customer-oriented, and passionate about the project they were creating for us. The positive energy and enthusiasm they brought to this outdoor living space will increase our enjoyment of it throughout the years. We also had Kip and his team do some general outdoor repairs and painting for us - again, they were awesome people and we are totally satisfied customers. An overall A+++ experience. Cannot recommend Crystal Clear Cleaning and Contracting highly enough.

We contacted Crystal Clear after getting the run around from several other contractors. They were responsive, professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They installed 4 rooms of flooring in a day and a half and it looks great too!!

James owns one of the most top notch companies to deal with in the tri state area. His employees are very professional. They do quality work with the skills they have. Definitely worth checking out and getting an estimate on your next project big or small.

Crystal Clear came thru with a quick and reasonable quote where as the big fencing companies wouldn't even quote fencing replacement. They kept me advised on their availability and once they started the work the quality has been beyond my expectation. I am extremely pleased and will be using them on future work.👍

I only heard of them through word of mouth so I decided to look them up to do a project on a house I just bought that needed some remodeling. Couldnt be more happy with the results and being an over the truck driver, I just dont have the time to do the work myself. Very proud of them and keep up the great work!!!

Such wonderful customer service, amazing hard workers, and everything comes out so beautifully when done. Definitely recommend them for your next big project on the house.

Quality Professional work from a locally owned family business.

They worked to hard to give me exactly what I wanted! Thanks you guys!

Quality work and timely!

We hired Crystal Clear for a complete bathroom renovation...and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. The quality of their work is wonderful. Each of the guys that worked on the bathroom was very friendly and knowledgeable. Heather was very easy to get ahold of and was very responsive! James came out to start the estimate and was honest about some of the issues we may have (we own an older home) The guys did encounter a problem with one of the shower walls which was also an exterior wall. They knew exactly how to handle it. That did set them back a bit, but the guys even worked a few hours on 2 weekends to try to keep the job on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the way the bathroom turned out. We will definitely be using them for our future renovations!!! To each of you at Crystal Clear that helped my vision come to life... Thank you!! We truly appreciate your hard work.

If you are looking for service from a family run business that truly cares please choose Crystal Clear Cleaning & Contracting. They handled roof repair that I needed done before the end of the month and kept their promise to get it done! The contractors worked on Saturday AND Sunday to complete the job. I've never had such a commitment from a company. I will definitely be using them again for anything I need done. Wonderful customer service and the best part - the estimate matched the final price. Thank you again for a great experience.

Very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, prompt, and fair pricing. Thanks to Steve and Scott for repairing wood damage on our house. I will reach out to them for future needs!
